1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines
All orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. For deliveries to other GCC countries, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Our shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
