Grownsy.me is operated by TruCare FZC. Our online checkout currently supports delivery addresses in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Available services depend on the destination and items in your order.

United Arab Emirates

Standard delivery is free. Delivery is normally estimated at 1–2 working days after dispatch. Orders are processed after successful payment authorization and address confirmation. Our order-processing cutoff is 2:00 PM UAE time, Monday to Saturday; orders received after the cutoff are processed on the next working day. UAE public holidays are excluded.

Kuwait and Saudi Arabia

The available shipping service, charge and delivery estimate for your address are displayed at checkout before payment. Review these details before placing your order. Availability and delivery times can differ from our UAE service.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information is sent when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by address confirmation, stock availability, courier capacity, public holidays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number.
