Grownsy.me is operated by TruCare FZC. We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time are normally processed the same working day. Orders placed later are normally processed the next working day.

Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is estimated at 1–2 working days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Public holidays, severe weather, remote locations, and unsuccessful delivery attempts can cause delays.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery within the United Arab Emirates is free. Any available optional service or additional charge will be shown clearly before the order is placed.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email and/or SMS after dispatch. Contact support if you have not received tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
