Product Warranty

Grownsy products sold on Grownsy.me include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects unless a longer period is stated on the product page.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or normal product operation during the warranty period are covered, subject to inspection.

What is not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect operation, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, use outside the supplied instructions, and consumable components are not covered.

Making a claim

Email support@trucarefzc.com or call +971 52 607 4088. Include your order number or proof of purchase, product model, a description of the issue, and photos or video when relevant. We will provide inspection and return instructions before any item is sent back.

An approved claim may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under applicable UAE consumer law.
