1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

All orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. For deliveries to other GCC countries, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Our shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

4. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Public holidays or peak shopping seasons
• Extreme weather conditions
• Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations
• Customs clearance delays
• Customer being unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
